CSLA sustaining and commercial members receive a discount on the conference fees. Membership must be current through February 1, 2025. To become a member,  Apply Online before completing the exhibitor registration.

Please read the Exhibitor Prospectus before completing this application. The final page contains a map of the exhibit hall, and you will be asked to select your preferred tabletop numbers.

Register with Whova

1. Select “See More” on the left side and read the event description.

2. Based on your company’s CSLA membership, select the exhibitor tier that applies.

3. If desired, select one of the sponsorships.

4. If desired, select a 30-minute exhibitor learning session. (Level 1 sponsors may have a complimentary session.)

5. If desired, select a program book advertisement. (Sponsors receive complimentary advertising.)

6. If needed, select electricity.

7. If desired, select pre-conference registration list. (Complimentary for Level 1 and Level 2 sponsors.)

8. If registering by September 30, enter the discount code “earlybird” and select Apply.

9. Your Order Summary will appear on the left. After you have verified that it is correct, select Next.

10. Exhibitor Booth Staff: select Next.

11. Exhibitor Information: Fill out the information and select Next.

12. Booth Staff Information: Fill out the information for the booth staff. After registering, you will be able to edit your booth staff.

13. Payment Information: Fill out the information and select Register.

Download and complete the Exhibitor Application. The tabletop and sponsorship assignments will be made after payment is received.
