The CSLA Committee for Standards Integration and the CSLA Research Committee have curated thematic bibliographies to collect resources to support library services, instruction, and collection development.
Library Collections and Equity
This bibliography was produced by the CSLA Research Committee to support CSLA members in their practice. It focuses on research that advances library collections and equity, and includes a meta-bibliography, research studies, and diversity audit tools. The committee’s process was to search for links to existing research articles, and provide citations and annotations for them.
Diversity Resources: Focus on Disability
This bibliography was produced by the CSLA Committee on Standards Integration (CSI). It is a dynamic list, always in progress, as relevant high-quality resources for K-12 educational settings are found. It focuses on disabilities/different abilities/special needs. These resources also contribute to addressing intersectionality and social justice. It includes collection development (audit, selection tools, school level lists), instructional design/curriculum incorporation, and grants/donation resources.
Media Literacy K-12 Curriculum
This “living” bibliography was produced by the CSLA Committee for Standards Integration to support CSLA members in their practice. It focuses on linked resources that advances media literacy.
