WHAT DOES THE EVENT REGISTRATION COVER?
The $250.00 Event Registration covers the program costs and all meal events Friday – Sunday (EXCEPT the CYRM Dinner).
HOW MUCH IS THE TOTAL COST OF THE FULL HARVEST?
The total cost of the Full Harvest is $450.00. The Event Registration ($250.00) + The Package Deal ($200.00)
IF I JUST WANT TO ATTEND ON THURSDAY HOW MUCH DO I PAY?
There is no Event Registration cost. The only fees are the cost of the workshops or IMRA training.
WHAT IS IMRA?
Instructional Media Resource Associate (IMRA) is a certification program for paraprofessionals created and presented by the San Diego County Office of Education. The course is intended for K-12 classified school site Library Media Technicians. This 4 1/2 hour training is the first part of a 24 – 40 hour online course. Read more in the preview guide. Please note that the program is for K-12 and was misprinted in the preview guide.
HOW MUCH IS IMRA?
IMRA can be added to any registration (package or cafeteria style) and is currently $125.00.
CAN I ATTEND 2 DAYS?
You can attend any combination of days from Thursday – Sunday. Please see the Event Registration for the price.

CAN I PAY WITH A PURCHASE ORDER AND IF SO HOW DO I SUBMIT IT ONLINE?
Yes, we accept PO’s. Please complete the hard copy registration form and mail, fax, or email your registration form along with your PO. Make sure that your paperwork arrives or is postmarked by the due date in order for us to honor the pricing. You will NOT be able to use our online process for Purchase Orders.
Last day to accept PO’s by FAX, mail, or email is January 16, 2017
After this date, PO’s must be hand carried to onsite registration.
WHAT IF I SIGN UP FOR THE FULL HARVEST BUT CAN ONLY ATTEND 3 WORKSHOPS?
We hope that you can attend all 4 workshops, but if you can only attend 3 it is OK. However, due to the super financial deal the FULL HARVEST provides, there is not a reduction in cost.
WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND ABOUT A WORKSHOP?
We encourage you to select carefully when choosing your workshops, however, we realize that sometimes we change our minds. Please contact us via email with your name, account number (4 digits), and the current workshop along with the change. If there is still room we will accommodate your request.
WHEN DOES MY COMPLIMENTARY MEMBERSHIP START?
Complimentary memberships will start January 1, 2017, and end December 31, 2017. Current memberships will be extended 1 year from the expiration date.
WHEN ARE THE DEADLINES?
Early Bird ends November 8, 2016. There are NO MORE package deals after this date.
Regular Registration ends January 16, 2017
AFTER January 16th all registrations must be hand carried to on-site registration.
