Registration – 2018 Conference

NEW THIS YEAR: Once your registration has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email that will include the link to make your hotel reservation at Tenaya Lodge.

ONLINE REGISTRATION: Use our easy online registration option. If you are a current member, be sure to login first before registering. If you are not yet a member, you can register using the “Continue without logging in” button.

MAIL OR FAX REGISTRATION: Send payment OR P.O. with your registration form (and membership form if needed) to:

Purchase orders are accepted WITH registration form but must be postmarked, faxed or emailed by printed deadlines in order to honor the lower fees. POs should be hand-carried after January 15, 2018, for onsite registration. Request for refund must be submitted in writing. No refunds for conference registration or Acorn events will be given after December 15, 2017. A service charge of $35.00 will be applied to all refunds. Qualifying refunds will be processed after the conference and mailed not later than March 21, 2018.

Non-members must also pay the Non-Member fee.
